Just finished watching Avatar [31 Jul 2008|02:43am] I have to say this was an incredibly well done story. Definately worth watching. However, I must also say.... There is an incredibly large ammount of time, effort, and alliteration put into two basic messages. the ability to say "It's like a spiderfly caught in its own web" and having the blind girl say "Well I think you all look perfect". post comment

Flabbergasted? Me???? [25 Jan 2008|02:05am] Tonight, for the first time since I can remember, I read an explanation of a scientific phenomena and truly didn't understand any of it. I know what the words mean, but have no clue what is meant when they are put together to form sentences such as these. One thing I can guarantee you is this. I am going to definately brush up on my electrical engineering. The curse of the Teletubbies. [10 Jan 2008|12:16am] Some time ago (when the teletubbies first came onto the scene) I had a discussion with some friends of mine who were new to parenthood. They were telling me that although Teletubbies sucked balls it was good for the children because young minds crave repetition. By replaying the same scene over and over children were somehow learning better. Now we have an actual demographic that thinks a great radio station is one that plays Paralyzer by Finger Eleven every five minutes.
